Five Springs Blood Orange Infused Bourbon ($35)

With a high-rye mash bill, this 70-proof infused bourbon is crafted in Bardstown, Kentucky. Aromas of blood orange are integrated with mocha and orange zest. The buoyant mouthfeel supports a mouth-filling array of peaches, Pekoe tea, orange, and a hint of clove spice. A delicious and noteworthy flavored spirit.

Ja’Va Espresso Coffee Liqueur ($22)

Like our favorite cold brew, this tuxedo-dark 53-proof spirit offers a silky sweetness with bold coffee notes. Creamy, with a kick, it’s made with real espresso.

Lagrimas La Mesa del Charco Plata Tequila ($55)

An inaugural single estate offering, agaves grown at an elevation of almost 5,000 feet in elevation. Initial heat grabs the palate, with an underlying earthy tone that includes eucalyptus. Framed by papaya, lime, gardenia exudes a tropical embrace, and a revelation of fresh agave. 92 proof.

Lagrimas La Mesa del Charco Reposado Tequila ($60)

This is a single estate tequila with a 2025 vintage statement, aged three months in used Bourbon barrels. It offers a perfume of Pekoe tea, salted lemon, and vanilla beans. Spiced cedar overlays base notes of crème caramel and lime zest. Sandalwood and crushed stone forms around peach and jasmine.

Luna Malvada Reposado Tequila, Mexico ($58)

A blend of Lowland and Highland agave cooked 24 hours in brick ovens and aged eight months in a blend of new American oak barrels and French red wine barrels. Notes of ginger, milk chocolate, Oolong tea, and apricot are irresistible. Agave is unmasked with a sinewy freshness offering complex texture and substance, with a soothing finish of crème brûlée.

Mulassano Rosso Vermouth NV ($40)

Piedmont wines are the foundation of this exquisite red vermouth. Botanicals run deep and combine for an exotic array of flavors. Aromas of burnt caramel, figs, and a lift of tangerine peel are mesmerizing. Silky on the palate, with notes of cola, dates, honeyed walnuts, and fennel. Finishes with a cocoa-tinged bitterness. 36 proof.

100

Vidamorosa Blanco, Jalisco, Mexico ($299)

Agave hails from a private single estate, cooked, cooled, then re-cooked and re-cooled in brick ovens. The nose offers fresh, bright aromas of agave, mint leaf, and crushed stems with lime zest. Orange blossom water and mineral cool stone notes add a cleanse, with sweet cream and fresh corn husk flavors. Peppery greens and a liquid density keep the exquisite liquid polished. White tea flowers finish along with salt air and lime chiffon.
