Wine and Spirit Sample Submission Guidelines
Please review the following information before submitting samples for consideration.
Limits and Fees
Handling fee: A $150 fee applies to each sample (or SKU) submitted for review.
Submission limit: Wineries and Spirits producers may submit
a maximum of 4 SKUs within any 90-day period.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR SAMPLES
Complete the Sample Submission Form below. Please note: The form accepts credit card payments only. If your wine/spirit is selected for publication and scheduled to appear in the magazine, you may include a bottle shot or label image with the review for an additional $150 fee.
About Our Reviewers
We assign your wines/spirits by category to each of our reviewers. Meridith May’s Publisher’s Picks column features her favorite submissions from each month. (Only submissions that receive a score of at least 89 points and stand out within their category are eligible for publication). Additional reviewers include Ruth Tobias, Jessie “JABS” Birschbach, Lars Leicht, and Jonathan Cristaldi’s column “The Crush List”. Most wines/spirits will be published online, while some will be selected for print. If yours is not published in the magazine, your review, score, and tasting notes will be in our database, and we will email them to you upon request.
