The combination of ferments for this complex white includes French oak, stainless steel barrels, clay amphora, and concrete and ceramic cuves. With selections of Sauvignon Musqué and Tofanelli Semillon, the aromas of pineapple, wet stone, and grapefruit zest are heady and persistent. Stark notes of white grapefruit revel within a grasp of tightwire acidity. Mediterranean herbs and ripe peach weave through rock and white flowers. Lemon verbena settles on the palate, a soothing finish after a lightning strike of vibrancy.

Teeth-grabbing tannins soon unleash a flood of juicy, ripe boysenberry and vanilla-kissed soil. The wine maintains a refined nature, depth, and sweet profile of fruit, along with a subtle woodiness. Black pepper weaves with black olive and chocolate mid-palate. A streamlined, satisfyingly long finish stimulates a craving for the next sip.

Aromas: Pink grapefruit, Anjou pear, lemon chiffon
From the winery’s two estate vineyards – Dollarhide and Rutherford Estate – St. Supéry once again charms us with aroma therapy for their superb, beautifully balanced Sauvignon Blanc. Lithe and steely, gardenia pops within a frame of sultry pears, salty stone, and Key lime. Mid-palate notes of basil harmonize with a bright acidity that lifts sweet herbs and floral tones.

Housed in 100% recyclable, SFI Certified packaging, one box is the equivalent of four 750 ml bottles (20 glasses). This blend of mainly Carignane and Grenache offers up black cherry painted with cocoa, nutmeg, and coffee. Juicy and easy-drinking, with seamless tannins. Impressive.

An inaugural vintage of the winery’s first single vineyard, aged 27 months in 70% new French oak. The vineyard’s soils of well-drained, gravelly loam allow the roots to dive deep, exhibited in the wine’s structured tannins. Notes of crushed Morello cherries, red beets, and dark chocolate are luscious and saturate the palate. The silky, creamy mouthfeel unleashes a textural hedonism, reined in by a spark of black pepper, anise, and cedar. Aging potential is destined for greatness.
