Aromatics of cherry blossoms and rose petals linger. Raspberry lights up the glass: stark, lean, and clean. Its glassy mouthfeel fields notes of fresh berries and a hint of minerality.

Rabble 2021 Red Blend, Paso Robles ($18)

A lively explosion of ripe red berries and pomegranates are accentuated by black pepper. The spiced notes are becoming of the fiery scene on the label, depicting the French revolution which comes to life when scanning the label with a Smart phone. Oak adds more warmth in terms of baking spice but does not overpower the fruit character.
