against deep, black fruit as gritty,
teeth-grabbing tannins span a
sheet of dusty cocoa. Tropical
dates exude a bit of sweetness
mid-palate while the body continues to expand. The washes of generous
fruit are robed in fennel and saddle leather
as sunshine bursts through the powerhouse
finish. This blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon
and 33% Cabernet Franc, sourced from the
ultra-prestigious To Kalon Vineyard, is only
