scents of raspberry, pomegranate,
and watermelon. It’s light and
refreshing, with approximately
45 grams of residual sugar and
a low ABV of 11%. You can taste
the mineral notes from the red
calcareous soil it’s grown in, along
with ripe cherries. Crisp with a
round finish, it shows a vibrancy that pairs well
