tannins. At almost 15% ABV,
the wine shows a true balance
of warm days and cool nights
thanks to the region’s maritime
influence. Marked with spiced
plum, soil, cocoa, and brush, Zinfandel
shines here with an iron-like minerality. This
expression aged ten months in French and
