Valley, Anaba’s winemakers have a keen
understanding of what it takes to produce
a balanced Chardonnay. Hand-sorted and
whole cluster–pressed, this small-production
white aged 17 months sur lie in French
oak. It offers aromas of buttered pears and
nutmeg-scented apples. Rich lemon custard
and crème brûlée are reined in on the
palate, giving the acidity the freedom to shine
