Wine Sample Submission Guidelines
Please review the following information before submitting wine samples for consideration.
Limits and Fees
Handling fee: A $150 fee applies to each SKU submitted for review.
Submission limit: Wineries may submit
a maximum of 4 SKUs within any 90-day period.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR SAMPLES
Complete the Wine Sample Submission Form below. Please note: The form accepts credit card payments only. If your wine is selected for publication and is scheduled to appear in the magazine, you may choose to include a bottle shot or label image with the review for an additional $150 fee.
About Our Reviewers
Your wines will be assigned by category to each of our reviewers. Meridith May’s Publisher’s Picks column features her favorite submissions from each month. Only submissions that receive a score of at least 89 points and stand out within their category are eligible for publication. Additional reviewers include Ruth Tobias, Jessie “JABS” Birschbach, Lars Leicht, and Jonathan Cristaldi. Most wines will be published online, while some will be selected for print. If your wine is not published in the magazine, your review, score, and tasting notes will be in our database, and we will send them to you via email upon request.
