Whiskey Winter

Ingredients
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. madeira
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- whole egg
- ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Crack whole egg into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Add bourbon, madeira, simple syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously for another 20 seconds. Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with nutmeg.
