Vegan Egg Nog Revolution

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Singani 63
- 1 1/2 oz. Lustau Solera Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Velvet Falernum
- 1/2 oz. Bittermens Tepache
- 1/2 oz. Shio Koji Rice Milk
- 1/4 oz. 2:1 Demerara syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
