Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Singani 63
  • 1 1/2 oz. Lustau Solera Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 oz. Bittermens Tepache
  • 1/2 oz. Shio Koji Rice Milk
  • 1/4 oz. 2:1 Demerara syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
