Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Plymouth Gin
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. housemade blueberry-hibiscus-cabernet syrup (see below)
- ½ oz. creme de violet
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in shaker until you can write your initials in the condensation. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
- Blueberry-hibiscus-cabernet syrup:Brew 2 bags of Rishi brand Blueberry Hibiscus Tea in 16 oz. of hot water with for 7 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 16 oz. of Cabernet Sauvignon. Stir in 32 oz. of white sugar until completely dissolved.
