Pineapple Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz. La Adelita Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Agave
- 5 chunks of Fresh Pineapple
- 2 Mint Leaves
Instructions
- For a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip in salt of choice. Muddle pineapple chunks, mint leaves inside cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain and serve on the rocks. Garnish with chunks of charred pineapple.
