I’m Gonna Tell Him
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Plantation Rum
- 1 oz. Botanist Gin
- 1 oz. clarified carrot juice simple syrup
- ¾ oz. lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together in a shaker. Shake. Double strain into a tall rocks glass. Add ice and top with soda. Garnish with a carrot ribbon folded several times over, shaped to look like a baby carrot, with a mint sprig as the “carrot top.”
