When bartender Claire Ward competed in the Gentleman Jack Whiskey Sour Classic, she used meringue in place of egg white in her variation of the classic cocktail. Jack Daniel’s Southern California Brand Ambassador Colin Coleman saw Ward’s egg white hack and was instantly impressed. He found it to be “an amazing new technique to make whiskey sours easier and discover new flavor possibilities.” And he predicts that we’ll soon “see this popping up in more and more bars.” Be ahead of the curve and whip up a Traditional Meringue Sour or Lavender Meringue Sour today.
