Beet It

Ingredients
- 2 oz. bourbon
- ½ oz. Cynar
- ½ oz. allspice liqueur
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostora Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with a dehydrated beet.
