Cynar

allspice liqueur

oz.
fresh lemon juice
¾
oz.
maple syrup

dashes Angostora Bitters
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with a dehydrated beet.
