Samson & Surrey brands—which include Bluecoat Gin, Mezcal Vago, Widow Jane American Whiskey, and Brenne French Whisky—will further extend Heaven Hill’s reputable portfolio.

According to the announcement, Samson & Surrey is growing at an annual rate of 60%, with $40 million in sales. Its brands are currently available in 30 markets globally.
Samson & Surrey was founded in 2016 by former Bacardi executives Robert Furniss-Roe and Juan Rovira, who will continue to lead the enterprise. “Over the last five years [Samson & Surrey] have enjoyed unprecedented success thanks to the talents of our team, the truly remarkable award-winning liquids we make, and the engaging consumer stories we tell,” said Furniss-Roe. “The combined talent, scale, and resources of Heaven Hill now present a unique opportunity to provide a long-term home for Samson & Surrey and to further accelerate our growth.”
