Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tío Pepe Fino Sherry
  • ¾ oz. Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximénez Sherry
  • 1 oz. tomato-strawberry shrub
  • ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Cedrata Tassoni

Instructions

  • Garnish with dry yellow tomatoes, corn shoots, and essence of rosemary.
