Benvenuto Frizzante

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1 oz. Disaronno
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 4 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
  • 2 oz. Prosecco

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an edible flower or lemon twist.
