The Social Club, at Kimpton's Surfcomber Hotel, is perfectly located in the heart of Miami Beach.  With open-air terraces, curated artwork and intimate décor, the sexy design creates a vibrant atmosphere, with elements of surprise throughout. Social Club's creative decor and unique seating encourage guests to sit down, enjoy a cocktail and stay for a while. Multi-colored textures, eclectic furniture and inspirational art create a social environment intended to spark conversation.

Executive Chef Doug Sisk expertly blends his Caribbean experience with fresh flavors of South Florida. Regionally inspired, social plates include the Bahamian Conch Tacos, a signature menu item, are perfect for sharing while the Crispy Alligator Croquette with creamy Aji Amarillo Aioli is a new social plate creation. "Between the Bread" offers an inspired take on classic sandwiches including the Garlic Shrimp Sub and the Jerk Chicken Ciabatta.

Chad Phillips, Head Bartender, takes a culinary approach to the cocktail menu, including handcrafted creations and barrel-aged techniques. Phillips' New Cuban cocktail is an ideal libation for the Fall season. Gosling's rum, vanilla syrup, egg white, lime, and mint yield a savory cocktail fit for a holiday gathering. Angostura bitters, marry the flavors for a smooth, liquid indulgence.

New Cuban

1½ oz. Gosling's Rum
¾ oz. lime juice
¾ oz. vanilla syrup
4–5 mint leaves
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 egg white  

Dry shake; shake; strain into coffee glass. Garnish with mint leaf and Angostura Bitters.
