Who's Serving What: Royal 70s Whiskey Flight

CUT at The Palazzo Las Vegas is the best destination in Las Vegas for steak, but many are discovering that CUT is also the best place on The Strip to try fine and rare whiskies. The restaurant features a large selection of bourbons and ryes from distilleries such as Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill, scotches from old distilleries such as Springbank and Macallan, and the lesser known Japanese whiskies from Yamazaki and Nikka.  

CUT also offers an extensive array of whiskey flights so guests can sample various types of whiskies in smaller portions.  All designed to please the senses, guests can sample of some of the world’s best in CUT’s whiskey flight options ranging from $19 to $474. Flight highlights include “West Surrender” featuring Clyenlish Distillers, Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban, Royal Lochnagar; “Old Glory" featuring Willett 21 Year, Michter’s 25 Year, Rittenhouse 25 Year; "Royal 70s" featuring Macallan 1976, Dalmore 1974,  Jura 1976 and much more! All flights consist of three one-ounce pours of whiskey.
