Lush, rich and as colorful as the popular Cincinnati park the cocktail is named after, Igby's eden park combines Tanqueray Ten gin with Green Chartreuse, housemade simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice and muddled fresh tarragon.
Igby's Bar is a unique 150-year-old venue that was rehabbed in 2011 by the
Four Entertainment Group and has become Cincinnati's hotspot for handcrafted cocktails, local and craft beers, interesting wines, and small plates in an upscale, welcoming and engaging atmosphere. 1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Green Chartreuse
1½ oz. Tanqueray Ten Gin
Muddled fresh tarragon
Garnish: fresh tarragon sprig
Method: Garnish chilled glass. Add all ingredients to Boston mixing glass, muddle fresh tarragon, add large ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain and serve.
